SunValley Fine Foods was founded on the desire for good quality Smallgoods using Certified Free Range Pork.
In early 2015, David Surman, being a butcher with over 30 years experience, was frustrated that there were very few if any quality smallgoods manufacturers on the Sunshine Coast. He saw an opportunity to match good quality Smallgoods with Free Range Pork. So not only provide a quality product but show respect to the knoble pig.
It took nearly 6 months to source a Free range pork supplier that had the quality and maintained the standards that David desired. By the end of 2015 and after many farm visits he has partnered a Free Range Pork supplier in Goondawindi.
